Return Process
As Canotosan, we prioritize customer satisfaction. In case you experience any problems with the products you purchased, our return procedures below apply:
- Return Period: The products must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Product Status: The products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Returns of used, damaged or opened products are not accepted.
- Return Application: You can report your return request by contacting our customer service or on the “Contact” page of our website. You must fill out the return form and send it with the product.
- Return Shipping Process: The return shipping fee belongs to the customer. However, if the product is defective, the shipping fee will be covered by our company.
Product Exchange
If you want to exchange the product you purchased for a different product:
- You must submit your exchange request to our customer service.
- The exchange process will be carried out provided that the product to be exchanged is in stock.
- In case of a price difference, this difference will be notified to you and your approval will be obtained.
Return Payment Process
- The returned products are checked after they reach our delivery address.
- The payment refund is processed for returns found suitable after the check.
- The return payment is made through the payment channel where the product price was paid.
- The refund of payments made by credit card is made within 7-15 business days depending on your bank’s processes.
Returns Under Warranty
- In case of malfunction of products under warranty, the transaction is carried out under the manufacturer or distributor warranty.
- You can apply to our service center with the warranty document and invoice.
- As a result of the examination to be made by the technical service, return or exchange options are evaluated for products that cannot be repaired.
Special Orders and Exceptions
- Specially ordered products (products supplied or manufactured in accordance with customer request) are excluded from the return scope.
- Returns of electronic components, sensors and programmed parts are accepted provided that the packaging is not opened.
